Pietersite Eagle’s Eye & Java Glass Beaded Mala Necklace
Pietersite is one of the rarer stones I work with.
Also called Eagle's Eye, it is a chatoyant stone — meaning it has a silky, shifting optical quality in the light, similar to tiger eye but far less common, and with a more complex storm-like color pattern of blues, golds, and reds. Each bead in this mala necklace shows something slightly different from the next.
I paired the Pietersite with Java glass beads — hand-blown glass with a slightly matte surface and an organic, earthy quality. The result is a mala necklace that has spiritual intention behind it and real material beauty to back it up.
