I use strong 1mm Stretch Magic cord for my bracelets. I always pre stretch the cord, add the beads, triple knot, glue the knot and tuck it into a complimentary larger hole bead.
I suggest to ALWAYS Roll On your stretch bracelet.
***To ensure the desired fit of bracelets:
Measure your wrist and add 1/2- 3/4-inch. Think about where you want the particular bracelet
to hang - snug, a bit loose or looser to wear lower on your hand.
Example: my wrist measures 6.75".
A size 7 is tight but wearable
A size 7.25 is the size I prefer
A size 7.50 is doable, a bit looser but still wearable
